Australia Day Antics
Lots of fun and frivolity was had at the Wildman house on Australia Day, thanks to Triple J Hottest 100, beer, champers and later on, Nad's Jagermeister. Here's Leila and I carving up the dancefloor with the kids (we're still hip and cool).
Lookin' a bit pissy here Kaz.
The McG bro's talking rubbish (nice trackie top Dan)
I grew up in a big house on a hill in a town called Boonah, Qld, Australia. I have 1 sister & 3 brothers. Growing up was noisy and...adventurous. I remember our tree house, our farm and horse named Rebel, piano lessons, screaming out to our cousins who live a km or so down the road, & hearing them scream back, at a specified time after school, my cousin's dog Spot, being picked on by my older brothers, & bittersweet times with my younger brother. I left Boonah at the ripe old age of 17 to study psychology in Brisvegas. I couldn't wait to get out. I travelled to the USA on completion of my first year and forever after caught the travel bug. I love to travel, my ideal job would be as a volunteer in some foreign place. My family would need to be with me though. I moved to the Gold Coast in my second year of Uni and now call the place home. I met my future husband on the Gold Coast. He was a big bouncer with shaven arms (gross, I know). We married in Mar '00 then went overseas in Oct for 3 years. We've been to loads of places together. I can’t wait till we can travel with our kids. Right now, we're living on the Gold Coast, building a house and a family. We're busy but pretty content.
